Remove my photo

• The link to the ad — copy it from the address bar of the page you are looking at.
• Which photo — say which one (first photo, third photo…), or send a screenshot.
• One line saying it is you and that you did not give permission. That is enough.
• An email or phone we can reply on, so we can tell you when it is done.

Please do not send us your ID, Aadhaar or any document. We do not need it and we do not want to hold it. If we ever cannot tell whether a request is genuine, we will ask you one simple question instead.

• use our contact form and put “Photo removal” in the Subject box.

Either route reaches the same team. One message is enough — you do not need to send both.

• We take the photo down first, then check. You are not made to wait while we investigate.
• We aim to act within 24 hours of receiving your message.
• We write back to you on the address you contacted us from, so you know it is done.
• If the same photo is posted again, tell us and we will block it from being uploaded.
• Your name is never shared with the advertiser. They are told the content was removed, not who asked.

If anyone is threatening to post your photos, or asking you for money to take them down, that is a crime — do not pay. Report it to the police, and in India you can also call the national cyber-crime helpline on 1930 or file a report at cybercrime.gov.in. Tell us as well and we will remove the content from our side without waiting for anything else.
